Yoga is a state of ease; ease in mind, movement and heart. Through yoga practice we work towards this state developing strength, range of movement, stability, balance, awareness and focus along the way.
The practice is an ancient one, based on the study of nature, on noticing what’s already there within us.
As a teacher, I seek to support others in finding ease in mind and body through the prescription of movement, breath awareness exercises, sound, meditation and reflection practices specifically suited to you wherever you are right now.
