Yoga is a state of peace; in mind, movement and heart. Through yoga practice we work towards this state; developing strength, range of movement, stability, balance, awareness and focus along the way.
In this practice there is no need to touch your toes, or stand on your head. This does not mean the practice is ‘easy’ but rather considered, patient, compassionate and maybe more challenging, requiring some independence of thought.
One to One
First session is 1.5 hours to include discussion.
Subsequent sessions are 1 hour.
